INFINITI of Baton Rouge gave me the best price on a QX60 which was priced better than New Orleans, Mobile and Lafayette dealers. Best if all, they allowed me to breathe - no constant calls and emails. Every question was answered, sometimes many ways, to ensure I was completely satisfied. My salesman, Mike Kyle, even had his manager (Chris Rogers) and the Internet Sales person (Jessica Schexnayder) come in and provide explanations. I love the fact that they use a team approach to sales since that serves as a learning experience for everyone.My vehicle was in transit to the dealership and was expected in 2-3 days but actually came in early and Mike surprised me by bringing it around. It had just been loaded off the truck and needed to be prepped. Since I wasn't in a hurry, I opted to pick it up the next day. So that I wouldn't need to arrange transportation, Chris and Mike assigned me a QX60 to drive home. That worked out well because it enabled me to actually see the vehicle options and become accustomed to a vehicle that was larger than what I was accustomed to. I call that great customer service. Every vehicle option was explained either by Mike or by viewing video on his IPAD. Mike even assisted me with adding my vehicle to my insurance, gave me a tour of the customer area of the dealerhip and introduced me to service personnel. The Finance Manager, Jonathan Hutchens, was also a no-rush and no-pressure type person who took time to provide full explanations.At pickup, my vehicle was cleaned to perfection and even had a 1 year brake tag on the window. That was an unexpected $10 monetary savings but also a time savings by eliminating my need to locate a brake tag station. Mike emailed me a couple days after the sale to see if I had any problems or needed an explanation of any vehicle functions. My experience with INFINITI of Baton Rouge was fabulous in every aspect and they are well deserving of more than 5 STARS.
