This is my third infinity. I had my last infinity, q45, for 16years. Loved that car.. hope my new one lasts that long. All employees I have dealt with are excellent.
It was service as usual.. for some reason the personable experience is getting worse and worse. The service to the car was great as usual.

My husband recently purchased a preowned vehicle from your dealership. The sales person was extremely pleasant as was the finance person. After the purchase and after the 3 day return policy something changed not with the sales rep or finance agent, it was the manger. I will not publish on this forum what I witnessed and how I perceived things turned. My four star rating is strictly for the sales rep, and finance agent.
